2020 Policies and payment

Insurance is not accepted at this time, but Axis Hope can provide a SuperBill for clients to file with their insurance companies for reimbursement.

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is due before the appointment session.

To avoid a fee, appointments must be cancelled or re-scheduled no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment.

$300.00

This is a 1 hour session with parent and child that will review and discuss current concerns and symptoms.

$150.00

This is a 40 minute in-person session that will review current progress of patient and address any continued concerns.

$100.00

This is a 20 minute session for existing, stable patients to review current progress and address any continued concerns.

$50.00

For all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time and all no-show appointments.
