Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is due before the appointment session.
To avoid a fee, appointments must be cancelled or re-scheduled no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
This is a 1 hour session with parent and child that will review and discuss current concerns and symptoms.
This is a 30 minute session that will review current progress of patient and address any continued concerns.
This is a 20 minute session for existing, stable patients to review current progress and address any continued concerns.
For all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time and all no-show appointments.
